Max Warlow,
FCPA, ACA is a former Member of the Victorian Divisional Council of ASCPAs and
Public Accountants Committee, plus is currently a member of State Taxes
Consultative Council and the ASCPAs Victorian Indirect Tax Cell. Max's career
includes employment with the Sales Tax section of the Australian Tax Office, the
Prices Justification Tribunal where he was responsible for financial analysis
of submissions, plus work in a major Chartered Accounting firm where he
established the indirect taxes section. In mid 1988 Max
established an Indirect Taxes practice with Peter Senserrick which
specialised only in GST, Payroll Tax WorkCover and Sales Tax. (now Max Warlow
& Associates Pty Ltd). Max is co-author of the highly-regarded book,
"Goods and Services Tax Guide", "Sales Tax Technology"
and five other booklets, in addition to having numerous articles published in
professional journals. Max Warlow is a
well-known and highly sought-after lecturer, having spoken to virtually all
discussion groups of the ASCPAs, Chambers of Commerce, BLEC, Centre for
Professional Development, VACC, the Chartered Institute of Accountants and
NTAA. Max has
developed a series of outstanding presentations which may be quickly tailored
to meet the information needs of many groups, be they small or large
